- Full payment must be received prior to dispatch.
- Payment methods accepted are: bank cheque, money order, Paypal, or bank deposit.
- If items are out of stock we will notify and provide full refund
- Dispatch of orders will generally occur within 3 business days of payment being received.
- Item will only be delivered to a Paypal verified address.
- Buyers must provide a physical street address, contact phone number, and email address. Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
- Large items where buyers are required to assist in unloading must be present to accept delivery. Additional re-delivery costs or tailgate charges will be at buyers expense
- Smaller items will be sent with buyers authorisy to leave if delivery is unattended
- We cannot be held responsible for third party damage caused by transportation companies.
- Transit times are an estimate. As delivery is via a third party we do not guarantee arrival times.
Free Shipping Policy
- Regional and rural areas do not qualify for free postage. We will advise buyers of any additional freight costs after purchase.
- We reserve the right to decline any purchases that do not meet our terms. Any payments will be refunded.
- Returns will ONLY be accepted for wrongly supplied items or for GENUINE warranty claims.
- All returns MUST be approved prior to return.
- All returns MUST be received within 7 days of return approval being granted.
- All returns MUST be in original packaging, unused and in resale-able condition.
- Return shipping MUST be paid for by the buyer.
- All Brand New items sold are covered by a manufacturer’s parts replacement warranty.
- Return shipping for warranty claims must be paid for by the buyer, all faulty parts must be returned for inspection.
- All warranty claims must be approved prior to Return.
